A powerful, modern sound enhances a vast ethnomusical repertoire, ranging from Salento pizziche to Irish jigs.

The project blends popular folk traditions with contemporary rock, delivering rich arrangements, strong cultural character, and an explosive dose of energy!

The show brings balfolk dances from the Mediterranean to Northern Europe back to life through reinterpretations of traditional pieces and original compositions.

MILESTONES

After a successful first year of concerts, the band ventured into new projects: they founded a cultural association
(Ass. Cult. Libero Contatto) to promote and enhance
folk music among young people in the Lombardy region.

In the fall of 2012, the band debuted with their first album “Eco di Pagine“,
selling out the initial 1,000 copies within the first year of release.

Subsequently, the band was co-produced by Rox Records
and released their second album “Tenetevi. Forte” in the fall of 2014.

In 2016, they launched the reduced, acoustic project Alza Trad,
with a repertoire entirely dedicated to balfolk and traditional sounds.
